Our online store is developed with WooCommerce software. Personal data that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. WooCommerce is required by the agreement we have with them to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve its services.

Our online store is developed with software from WooCommerce, we have chosen Hosting2Go for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purposes of our services, are shared with this party. Hosting2Go has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Hosting2Go is, based on the agreement we have with them, obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.

Web Hosting

Hosting2Go
We purchase web hosting and email services from Hosting2Go processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Hosting2Go has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Hosting2Go is bound to confidentiality under the agreement.

Email and mailing lists

MailChimp
We send our email newsletters using MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. You will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data for the further improvement of its services and to share information with third parties in connection therewith.

Hosting2Go
We use the services of Hosting2Go for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Hosting2Go does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

Payment Providers

Mollie
For handling (part of) the payments in our online store we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory periods.

Purpose of data processing

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of our services. That is, the purpose of processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing.
