Payment

  • At K’willeminhuis you pay through the payment platform of Mollie. Through Mollie you can pay for your online purchases safely and easily.
  • You pay in a secure online payment environment with various payment options such as iDEAL (NL), Bancontact (BE) and Giropay (DE).
  • The K’willeminhuis gift certificate can be redeemed through our webshop. On our gift certificates is a unique code. If you enter this code at checkout the amount will be processed automatically.

  • Gift card items can be returned but you will get a shop credit (in the form of a new gift card)! So no money back.

  • Your package will be shipped within 3 business days.
  • Please note: During certain periods such as around Black Friday and Cybermonday December month, the number of deliveries increases so much that PostNL can no longer guarantee “sent today is delivered tomorrow”. The delivery of a package can take from several days to 1 week. Once a track and trace is received, the package has been sent from K’willeminhuis.
  • Sometimes the post.nl app indicates that the package has not been received by post.nl and that the package is defective, nothing could be further from the truth, the package has certainly been received by post.nl but due to the large crowds it has not yet received its first scan and is in a side room in the distribution center waiting for its first scan. Don’t panic, in 99% of cases, the package will move after a few days and this info can be seen via the track and trace.
  • If there is still no movement in the package after 1 week after sending, an investigation can be started and an e-mail can be sent via info@kwilleminhuis.nl.
  • We ship with DHL.

Once a track and trace has been received, the package has been sent from KW.

  • We may have made a mistake during packing, that can happen! Feel free to mail us! If upon receipt you find that the order is not complete and/or the items are damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days at info@kwilleminhuis.nl. Please send photos via Whatsapp 06-30378182. We are of course happy to resolve complaints quickly and properly. Because the production is in-house, we can move quickly.
  • Please note: as a precaution, it is advised to check the received items immediately after receipt so that in case of damage or incompleteness we can act immediately.
  • K’willeminhuis is characterized by craftsmanship. Therefore there can never be two exactly the same. The welds and weld splatter are visible and everything is just-not-straight. This is no reason for complaint, this is what makes our objects unique!
