Returns in general
- We are a small webshop and would like to ask you to order with awareness. Because of sustainability, but also because we really have a lot of extra work from a return. Of course you may return something if it does not meet your expectations. That can happen, of course.
- Are you curious how a design of K’willeminhuis looks in real life then it is a good idea to go to one of our points of sale to see the item, and of course to buy it if it meets your expectations.
- An item you buy at a retailer can be returned according to the terms and conditions of the store where you bought it. You can also contact them for warranty or other questions. Point of sale link: https://www.kwilleminhuis.nl/winkels/
- You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Please pack it neatly as you received it. Do not put it in a bag or box without protective material, then we will NOT take the items back.
- Frank the package as a Parcel.
Can I cancel the order before it is shipped?
- You have the right to cancel the order before it has been shipped. If you have already received the order, you have the right to return the items within 14 days of receipt. The 14-day period begins when you receive the items.
- This does not apply to items that are custom made. These are items that have been created in accordance with specific wishes of you, the customer. These cannot be cancelled or returned. Should there be something wrong with a product we will of course try to solve this as well and as quickly as possible.

- Items that have been specially made or customized cannot be returned. These are articles that have been created in accordance with specific wishes of you as a customer. For example, articles that have been made, modified or coated especially for you.

How to send your return the right way?
You should take into account the conditions below:
- Items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition.
- If you are returning an item to a drop-off point, we advise you to keep the receipt.
- Items must be returned with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in their original condition and packaging. We may charge you for any depreciation in value that may occur.
- An item purchased online at shop-kwilleminhuis.nl can not be returned through our outlets.
- Step 1
– Fill out the return form (you can request this at info@kwilleminhuis.nl) and add it to your package. If you do not have a printer, you may also copy the form.
– This is also your registration, once you have sent the mail you may send your return.
– If you want to know whether your package has reached us, please check the Track and Trace of that package.
– Returns without this form will not be processed! - Step 2
Pack the products if possible in the original packaging (air-cushion bag or box). Pack the item well with protective equipment and do not put it in the box without protection. - Step 3

Send your return via a PostNL or DHL service point.
Can I return for free?
- Returns are not free of charge. Return costs are at your own expense.
Refund
- Upon receipt of the item we will check it for defects. If everything is in order, we will refund the invoice amount within 14 days after receiving the goods.
- Both the costs and the risk of shipping (e.g., if a shipment gets lost at PostNL) are for your own account in case of a return.
- Keep your track and trace code well until you have received the refund confirmation.
- Is the payment made with a gift certificate then you get a shop credit! So no money back.
Can I return the order at a point of sale?
- No this is not possible.
